Delivery Issues

Late Delivery:

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailable, the courier will retry. After 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Damaged Package:

If your package arrives damaged, do not accept it. Contact us immediately with photos, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
