Shopping & Orders
Browse products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, select payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.
We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our website or the courier's website to track your package in real-time.
Yes, you can cancel your order before it's shipped. Go to "My Orders" in your account, select the order, and click "Cancel". If the order is already shipped, you'll need to initiate a return after delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some products like perishables, intimate items, and customized products may not be eligible for returns.
